Here is what is required to get setup as a new user:
- Establish a Connection
- Send in your Site Information
- Finish Staff Training
1. Connection
You can connect via Dicom Gateway, VPN, or Direct Send. The connection method depends on your site’s imaging modalities and your sites IT infrastructure. During an initial review of your site, GCI will make recommendations based on what we believe will work best with your existing setup. Our aim is to minimally impact existing workflows. 2. Site Information
As such, we will require:
- Site logo, fax number, address, telephone number.
- Staff User list.
- What access level you want for each user.
3. Staff Training
Depending on your staff’s size, we can offer in person or tele-training over the internet. Our PACS portal is straight forward and easy to use. Training on specific features will depend on your site setup and will be discussed during your sites initial setup calls.
