Jason B. Crowder, MD

Dr. Crowder is a Diplomat of the American College of Radiology. He obtained his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Alabama. Following graduation, Dr. Crowder went on to complete his medical school training and radiology residency at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident during his final year.

Dr. Crowder is a partner and current President of GCI Radiology, PLLC. His partnership began in 2008 and developed a specialized concierge service to clients while focusing on the needs of outpatient imaging. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Alabama.

Working closely with the largest orthopedic group on the Gulf Coast, Dr. Crowder utilizes a hands-on approach to radiology by observing the arthroscopic surgeries of many MRI exams he interprets to achieve optimal clinical correlation for detailed and specialized reporting.

Dr. Crowder is subspecialized in MRI and Musculoskeletal Radiology and has interpreted over 150,000 MRIs in his career.
